As a recognized leader in conservative circles and a national advocate for Hispanic representation in American politics, I connect traditional values with innovative, real-world solutions. With three decades of experience in political consulting, government relations, and nonprofit leadership, I consistently ensure Hispanic voices are heard at decision-making tables.

From an early age, I was immersed in politics and civic duty alongside my parents, gaining firsthand experience as both a volunteer and a staffer. I systematically developed my own philosophies and strategies, learning the intricacies of politics, campaigning, and government relations from the top down. My expertise encompasses presidential, statewide, and municipal elections, as well as distinctive consulting experience in Vermont's rural politics - campaigns unlike any others I have encountered.

Thave led and founded 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), 501(c)(6), and political action committees, excelling in governance, government relations, communications, development, education, and event planning. My core strength is transforming small or new organizations into dynamic, high-impact entities with engaged memberships and consistent achievement of objectives.

Organizational success demands strong leadership guided by clear principles: fostering trust, setting aside personal feelings, and prioritizing the organization's goals over individual egos. I believe leaders must cultivate unity to avoid fragmentation and loss of resources.
